Soccer Team Victorious

Panopticon FU had their eye on the Just for Fun Coed title at SoccerFest 2009. The tournament took place Saturday, May 2 behind McGuirk Alumni Stadium. Out of a field of 11 other teams, Panopticon FU emerged victorious, defeating the Inappropriate Touches in the Championship Game to claim the title.

The team included several English grad students: Natasha Azank, Daniel Biegelson, Adam Cogbill, Mike Gormley, Christian Pulver, Greg Sargent, and Lisha Daniels Storey.

Tournament officials continually asked, "What is a panopticon?"

Responded one player, "Exactly."
