The Carolina Chocolate Drops are playing at the Iron Horse Music Hall this Valentine's Day at 7 PM. They are self-described as an African American String Band. They play old time music featuring banjos, fiddles, jug, bones, etc. They are amazing and I'm trying to promote this show so they sell out and come to entertain us in Northampton often. There are three members. You can download their concerts for free at archive.org's live music section. It is legal (the site has their written permission posted.) Come show this amazing band some love on Valentine's Day (!). It's fun like you wouldn't believe to see them live. They know lots about music history and you'll be educated as well as entertained by their performance and presentation.
